As the building materials and transportation industry we assure to the customer that we will be responsible from the place of order till the delivery of the materials to the construction site of the damage or issue of the product and service which provide to our customers.
We may claim our product from the time it is ordered till it is been delivered but after the delivery, the customer or the contractor should take care of the product and it will not be on us.
A statement will be given to our customer from the order about the disclaimer and to specify the scope of the right and obligation to be taken legally from the business to the customer for a proper and clean flow of relationship between the customer and us.
